📋 Session Preparation Guide

Before Your Session

Get Plenty of Rest

A good night's sleep ensures you look and feel your best. Aim for 7-8 hours the night before your session.

Stay Hydrated

Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your session for healthy, glowing skin.

Plan Your Outfits

Choose and prepare your outfits at least 2-3 days in advance. Iron or steam them the night before.

Scout the Location

If possible, visit the location beforehand to get comfortable with the setting and plan timing.

Bring Touch-Up Essentials

Pack a small bag with makeup for touch-ups, hairbrush, lint roller, and any accessories.

Day of Session

Arrive 10 Minutes Early

Give yourself time to relax, use the restroom, and do final touch-ups before we start.
